I love Dr Lambert, she is great!!!! Have been going to her for 16 years, Only issue I have is that every time I call they repeat the same thing that they are backed up and want to give me an appointment six months away, this has been going on for two years now happen again today 2/14/17 I told them to forget it that I will find another gynecologist!!! the girl on the phone was snippy !!!! So I am totally done with that Place...

I left this practice at 38 weeks pregnant after the doctor missed two appointments and during my third trimester. I should have been on weekly appointments. Her office and schedule made it very difficult for me to reschedule. My appointments were made to be very low priority. After she missed the 2nd appointment, I had serious safety concerns for my baby. It had been almost 6 weeks since I had heard my baby's heartbeat, had my blood pressure and urine checked. Definitely not a safe place.

I've been a patient of Dr. lamber-Woolley's for 4 years. I've seen her as my gynecologist and she saw me through 2 pregnancies--one a typical delivery, and one a high-risk c-section. She is nothing short of amazing whether in a routine office visit or an intense operating room setting. She is at once extremely competent and experiences and thoughtful and compassionate. I'm so glad I found her and that she delivered my 2 beautiful daughters into this world safely and compassionately.

I so far have not had a bad experience with the doctor, however, her staff and office is poorly run and has beyond terrible service. If you have qualcare, I HIGHLY suggest looking for another doctor. Their billing department and office staff are completely unwilling to deal with clients and paperwork. When you call the office, always contact the appointment staff. The extensions on their main menu are incorrect. You will spend weeks leaving messages trying to get simple questions answered.

I think Dr Lambert is wonderful!! So sorry to hear that she has so many prima donna's that she is dealing with!! Dr spends time with each of her patients which is so important to the individual!! If you are in such a hurray please go some where else!! I have no patience with you!!! Good luck with whomever you wind up with!! Hopefully you will not be short changed with your new choose!

I have been going to Dr. Lambert-Woolley for years. The office is busy because she is really good, so sometimes you have to be patient, but it's worth the wait. When she is with you, you have her full attention and time.
