Excited new customer Today was my first visit to the Maren Karsen Salon. It was an awesome experience. Kellie was the kindest and friendliest person. HAPPY Maren Karsen Customer! Amazing service, first class salon. I have had a hair cut and highlight here twice now (go today for 3rd visit) ... the price is never shocking or a huge surprise. Scott the owner is extremely helpful and will go out of his way to make you a happy customer. I am sure there are situations that just happen and can't be avoided at any business dealing with people. Really great place I love this salon.... Fun, friendly and they are always laughing in there. The prices are great, especially for an Aveda salon. The have all the products and have pretty good hours if there is something you're out of. I've been to all of the girls there and they do an awesome job. They even have new talent services so for those of us on a tight budget or with kiddos and don't want to shell out the cash that's available. I would recomend anytime!
FABULOUS HAIR EXPERIENCE! I have been going to Maren Karsen Salon for years and Kellie is "da bomb"! I'm a "high maintenance" kind of gal who needs a KELLIE in my life to help me achieve the look I want. When I come in for my appointment, my hair is always at it's worst (or so I feel that way) and Kellie always gives me the perfect color & cut every time! I feel comfortable here, have great experiences! Been here several times. The staff is welcoming and the atmosphere is comfy. Cost is def in line with everywhere else around here....cheap compared to Dallas! Had a great cut and my girlfriend went for hair-color and loved it.
You Get What You Pay For Overcharges, badly run, don't go here 1 Star Rating - Unsatisfactory Edit Review? By Laura H. DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON!!!! It is located in Lincoln Center in Arlington, TX. On my sisters wedding day they gave us an estimate of how much it would be for updo's. On the day of the wedding we were overcharged a lot. When I asked the front desk person named Vicki why my sister way charged $20 more than anyone else and she didn't even have an updo, just some curls, she said that because "she's the bride". Great color, awesome cut! Ask for Jennifer - she does amazing color work and above average hair cuts. Expect to pay at least $40-60 for a haircut and $80 on up for color. This is an Aveda salon that offers hair services along with manicures, pedicures, massage therapy and they even offer gift cards so you can surprise that special someone!
