I’ve enjoyed my first year as a resident at the Maren. The building is kept clean, safe and has great amenities close by. Mikaela was great to work with when I signed my lease and has been a great resource for me any time I needed help with anything.
i’ve lived at Maren for 5 years so it’s safe to say i love it here. great waterfront views and vibes and great people (shout out Irv (Erv?), John, and Nadia on the building staff!)

From the first tour to move-in day, she was organized, responsive, and genuinely helpful—answering every question and making sure everything was ready when I arrived. The apartment itself is bright and modern, and the whole community has a polished, welcoming feel. Thanks to Mikaela, settling in was a breeze. Highly recommend touring with her and this place!
I currently live at the Maren Apartments (Since May), and it has been a great experience! The property is beautiful, convenient, and welcoming. Everyone has been amazing,from the front desk concierge team to security, especially Mr. Irv. My leasing agent, Mikaela, also made the entire leasing process extremely easy and stress-free. If you’re looking for a beautiful, convenient place to call home, I definitely recommend Maren Apartments!
