I'm going to put this review because my parents are too nice of people to actually say anything but Tim tries to act like a buddy with everybody and as a business owner myself you always need to tell the client how much things are going to cost before you just do the work that just sets them up for failure and I do not think it's appropriate at all for a business to try to sneak in extra charges by already doing the work without permission or consultation. Extremely unprofessional, uncommunicative, owner. Horrible customer service. Look elsewhere for your landscaping needs. Have been a client for 10 yrs taking care of my business property. Very hard to get hold of them, even harder to get a response from the owner about scheduling, when would be showing up, and when he does decide to respond, seems irritated that you've asked for a time frame or has an attitude. Tried to reach out to owner many times and he never responded. This business just ok for basic lawn mowing and leaf pick up Don't expect any more than that.
Incredibly honest, hardworking, trustworthy, and real crew. After working with other landscaping companies that I had difficulty expressing what I wanted, Tim took control and knew exactly what was needed with my yard and pond. These guys are great, highly recommend.
