Not the same... This place used to be one of the top student rated apartments in the North University Park area. Long waiting list, great management, (Mr. Wade) good rates. Then, the owner (an USC Alumni) sold the building. Since then the place has totally gone to the dogs. Broken lights, broken security gates, trash all over, bicycles and trash in the swimming pool. It's a shame. I wouldn't let a child of mine live there now if they paid me.
Stay Away from Mardi Gras and HPG Managment The place needs a good inspection from the city of LA. Managment is not responsive and in the end will rip you off on your security deposit. Watch out for a women named Nicky the "Manager" They only survive by ripping off out of town USC Students. Someone should get this complex shut down.
