I tried this salon today because my hair dresser was out of town. I sent the lady a picture of what I wanted done to my hair. I want the same exact match. The color I got was nothing like the photo I sent. I also asked for layers in my hair & was completely denied what I wanted. Then I was told dark colors would not look good on me. If the customer is paying it should be exactly what they want not what the stylist wants. I will never go to this salon again.
Today was my first time going to Marcy's Salon. I can honestly say I was blown away. This is a beautiful place where you are made to feel welcome. Adriana did my hair and did an absolutely beautiful job. She is so kind, pateient, honest and mythodical. She did an amazing job and I will be coming back in the future.Thank you Marcy and team! Deberias de ayudar a tus personas no dejarlos solas sin entrenamiento. muchas gracias. Fui a otro lugar que me lo arreglen. No problema gracias por ofrecerse arreglar mi pelo. ♥️
