I have had a pleasant experience at Marcy Village. I really love the historic charm the neighborhood brings - along with top notch amenities & recent renovations. Karlie, who I believe is the Manager, is always lovely to work with. Maintenance comes promptly & always available to help! 10/10 recommend!
I have lived at Marcy Village for the past 2 years and have absolutely LOVED my time here!!! The property management is incredible, shoutout to Brii and Karli! They really go above and beyond for all of the people who live here and the maintenance crew is the best! I could not imagine living anywhere else because of how beautiful the property is and how charming all of the apartments are. This space is amazing! Brii and Karlie in the office are so helpful and communicative. Living here has been a dream! No complaints. Everyone who lives here is so nice and quiet!

Do not live here unless you LOVE bugs… I have been living at Marcy for almost 1 year, and in that time I have had about 4 instances of ant infestations. It is important to know that I am a very clean person, I do not leave food out, I vacuum and clean counters frequently, and I take out the trash. The first few cases happened in the kitchen, and then it started occurring in my shower. Maintenance was fast to help with these, where they had an exterminator come and spray my apartment.
