Dr. Oppenheimer is great, she takes time to listen and address any medical concerns. I absolutely love her as a doctor but unfortunately the staff at her office is horrible!! They take on a very rude tone when talking to you, they are not accommodating with rescheduling when they cancel your appointments. The wait time is ridiculous, even for getting your blood pressure taken. I felt really sad that I had to change doctors due to the horrible staff here.
office staff is very rude, loud and discusses their personal business so that a pt. can here. You are left in the room for as much as 30 minutes. I had symptoms that were ignored and found out that I am diabetic. It took over a month for her to let me know that I was anemic and low in vitamin D. I changed doctors and had a complete work up .Many things were missed by the previous dr. I would not recommend this Dr. or this office.
Dr. Oppenheimer was great, unfortunately the same cannot be said about her office staff. There was an issue with my scheduled appointment date/time, which was met with a long wait and several dismissive interactions. After my appointment I called several times to request my prescription (thyroid maintenance, not opiate or pain) that was was told it would be mailed to my residence. It never was and all my other calls and messages left on voicemail and in writing have been ignored entirely.
