Marcy is professional, knowledgable, and this is her full time job. She knew my neighborhood well and lived in and sold a home exactly like mine which we used as a comp. I chose Marcy after interviewing 2 other agents.. one of who never followed up, and the other who came totally unprepared and was actually more of a landlord than a realtor. It pays to hire the PRO!
