Bait and switch. Made a reservation for a very busy weekend and then they send an email that indicates their elevators are broken and instead of offering a discount for my inconvenience, they say your options are to CANCEL or PAY AN UPGRADE fee to a section that has working elevators. Are you frickin serious?!
From the beginning my stay here has been tragic. Part of my job is staying at hotels so I would imagine I would have a good understanding of value at a hotel. This hotel reminds me of a motel 6. I am stuck in the West Wing. The first thing that was irritating is that the elevator is broke down so you have to either go find a phone to ask for help or carry your luggage up flights of stairs. We stayed a lovely three days at your hotel to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The restaurant was delicious. The service was wonderful. The room was beautiful. We wi be back!
