RecommendedWe are here for a quick weekend getaway. The staff are friendly and helpful, including making preparations for our service dog. The rooms are comfortable and quiet. Dinner was excellent. The hotel is close to excellent wine tasting rooms and dining options. A definite must stay when you visit Walla Walla

The hotel was perfect in every way, except, the bed and pillows. We expected a wonderful, comfortable, bed, a choice of pillows on the bed. Non of which was our experience. The bed was not comfortable at all, we weren’t sure but it seemed like the head of the bed was slightly lower than the foot? If only one person were sleeping it might have not been so bad, but with 2 we kept ending up in the middle! This whole experience sucked the elevator didn't work had to walk up four flights of stairs to our room keys didn't work ordered food from the bar had to take it up on a tray ourselves by the time we got to our room the keys didn't work so by the time the staff came up with new keys the food was cold didn't offer anything very rude the only great thing about this hotel is the bar staff Tony and Mark were cool that's about it
