We had the pleasure of attending a cooking class given by the chef, sommelier and head bartender of the Whitman yesterday. The crew was engaging and charming, we learned a lot about food and wine pairings, and we made (and sampled) some delicious signature cocktails. The food was amazing! We prepared fresh smoked salmon ravioli and a fennel crusted brisket, then we were served a full lunch of what we had made, and more! It was very well done, and a great way to spend an afternoon. Please do more!
