I totally recommend Dr. Mark, Dr. Cindy, and their entire staff. Everyone made me feel very comfortable, through the entire process, including the ECMC staff and the in-home rehab. All my questions were answered, everyone was very professional and after only 6 weeks I returned to my job mostly setting at a computer. I can't say enough good things about their program and highly recommend them.
The Dr and his staff were great at putting my mind at ease just by their friendly professional manners. They told me how it was gonna be without pulling any punches, and it happened that way. They answered every question no matter how dumb it was. The PA Jessie D was super friendly and really calmed me down before both surgeries, The scheduler Shane and I talked a lot making sure the surgeries were as convenient as possibly even with the covid shut down we had, and my vacations that I had already planned. Dr. Marcus and Cindy Romanowski are very professional. From my first appointment to my last follow up appointment everything with very well. The class and rehab are top notch. I would highly recommend them and their team.
I most definitely would recommend Dr. Marcus Romanowski! He and his wife Dr. Cindy have perfected the entire knee replacement process. From first consultation, through classes,surgery,and follow up appointments-everything went smoothly. The staff was wonderful! I would highly recommend team Romanowski.
Absolutely an exemplar for the industry. Superlative organizational skills from start to finish and team members from the office to the OR to in home rehab who were patient focused and went above and beyond at every interaction. The surgery was masterful and 8 weeks later I’m teaching very physical classes with none of the chronic pain I had had before. Only people I’ll trust to do my knees and that is from dealing with multiple surgeons over 10 different knee surgeries prior to the replacement. Simply the best.
I had nothing but an awesome experience with Drs. Mark and Cindy for my total knee replacement in June. The coordination of the whole schedule, from a very informative class to post op appointments, are all made for you ahead of time. I even had my pain meds before surgery day. I liked their aggressiveness of having in-home PT even the day of my surgery. I've had a much easier than planned recovery and highly recommend them.
Total knee replacement went exactly as was expected, very satisfied with every aspect of care. Very Professional!
From the first office visit, through hip replacement surgery and follow up visits everything ran like clockwork. Office appointments were on time and all questions answered. Surgery was ambulatory and I was home in a matter of hours. P/T was arranged for in home care and recovery went well.
Extremely efficient, every question was answered prior to surgery. No surprises, professional staff from the first phone call to my follow up staple removal! My expectations were more than I could have hoped for. I am so happy I chose the Drs. Romanowski and ECMC! A great team of nurses cared for me following my TKR.
