Dr. Marcus Romanowski and staff provide high quality superior service. Quality begins with initial assessment and plan of action concerning all aspects of care, (pre-op orientation, providing surgical services at an efficiency focused facility, as well as post-surgery follow along services, such pain management and various stages of physical therapy services) all of which are provided in a client focused environment by client focused, friendly, staff. I send a big thank you to all at Northtown Orthopedics.
Two weeks ago Dr. Romanowski did my right total hip surgery. Today I am able to walk independently without a walker or cane. Before my surgery I was given a folder that contained all the information needed in preparation for the surgery. I attended Dr. Cindy's class. She explained everything you need to know in preparation before and after surgery. This was important post surgery. It is amazing the team effort. The care at ECMC was excellent. Eight weeks after hip replacement, feel like a new person. From the information class to post surgery everything was five star. If I needed more surgery, would not hesitate to go back. My mistake was putting it off.
Excellent Would not recommend anyone else
I had a total knee replacement on August 19th and couldn't be happier with the results and care that I was given. My PT (Matt) was wonderful and easy to work with, Dr. Romanowski answered all my questions/concerns. I cannot think of one negative remark and I highly recommend Dr. Romanowski for knee/hip surgery. Thank you Dr. Romanowski!!

I am 7 weeks post operation for a right hip replacement. Feeling good! The Romanowski's did a great job will all aspects of my care. No issues with the initial appointments, all questions were answered, and the pre-surgery class was very informative. The hospital portion went very smoothly, with an excellent surgical outcome, and only a 36 hr total stay at ECMC (the private room was great too).
