The sheer volume of positive reviews here has me wondering if I really am a crazy person. I had a completely different experience with this provider. I saw Dr. Marcus for several years in Boston for depression. I was on the same dose of SSRI for years; he refused to write a prescription for more than 60 days. Dr. Marcus was patient as my daughter and I explained the anxiety symptoms she has been experiencing over the past few months. Thankfully, we were able to get a telehealth appointment almost immediately after calling the office as a first time patient. Dr. Marcus was extremely empathetic to my daughter's feelings and I trust his recommendation will help my daughter worry less and return to living a carefree childhood.

I was looking for a new prescriber because I found my old one unreliable and unstable. She would leave me for weeks without medication. I came to Dr. Marcus and within the first seconds of our appointment, he assured me that the goal was to help me. "How can we help you". He listened and learned about me and validated how I was feelings, assuring me that I would not have any issues with getting my medication. I was really worried, and now I'm really grateful.
