Asked a lot of questions, seems easy to work with.
Although it was explained to me, I was not sure I was not sure how the connection would be initiated. I was unable to reach anyone in the office to confirm our appointment. I was anxious to not appear to miss the appointment, since that incurs a full office charge. The call started a few minutes late, which added to my anxiety. From there things went much smoother. Asked several questions and provided some additional recommendations for treatment.
He is very friendly and easy to talk to and was patient despite my complicated situation
Virtual meeting was very convenient, and Dr. Marcus took the time to ask me about my background, upbringing, and history to make sure he was giving the proper diagnosis. He was a great listener, and we put together a plan that I'm excited to put into practice.
Gave me the diagnosis I was anticipating with strong conviction. Feel good about following up soon.
