The Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) course offered online by the Jefferson Health Marcus Institute of Integrative Health exceeded my expectations. The Mindfulness Institute consistently provides thoughtful, compassionate, and timely programming, based on the foundations of Mindfulness Stress Reduction, and beyond. Community connection, more important than ever before, seems to grow, organically, as in-class, and home practice, punctuated by weekly poetry selections, meld into a process... difficult to describe, but wonderful to behold.

May 14, 2026 was my first time at the Center City location of the Jefferson Health Marcus Institute of Integrative Health practice. I was very pleased by the professionalism and responsiveness of the staff. Nurse Kate was very kind and attentive...and my Physician Assistant, Shelbie Sanderson, is as always one of the most caring and attentive healthcare providers I ever had.
