IT IS IMPOSSIBLE to get ANYONE to ANSWER the PHONE at this place. Never. Any extension you try. They just don't answer. You can leave a message and they will not call you back. I'm concerned about the care my father is going to get when we cannot get if we have an issue. You would think they would hire someone to answer the phone. I have called there over 30 times, no exaggeration! IT took me 3 weeks to make an appointment. Trying to get them on the phone again. Same thing. Leave messages. 3 days have gone by. I have had open heart surgery to replace 3 valves, long recovery but felt much better afterword. Due to an underlying blood disorder, I had to have the Aortic valve replaced ( again) with the TAVR procedure. Spent one night in the CCU and went home feeling terrific. TAVR recovery is a breeze compared to open heart surgery. I would trust this group with my life anytime. Five stars for sure!
