The staff is always friendly, there's just never enough of them. Every single time my wife and I have gone there for a movie, we wait in line for snacks and end up missing the previews. I love going to this theater for my movies, and with the price I'm paying for popcorn and a soda, I'd like to receive them well sooner than I do.
The manager last night did an outstanding job figuring out some confusion we were having with my husband's pre bought tickets. Having a manager like him on your staff gives us hope that they are actually trying to have this be a nice theater and not such an understaffed dump. Service like that will keep us coming back. I give the manager 5 starts last night and the theater zero.
Why they let people in with their infant child, is beyond me. Obviously not going to be a quiet movie when the baby is constantly crying through out the movie. There was a whole family there, age ranging from 6 months to 30. WHY WHY WHY.
I went there to see movie. It was very distracting because people on both sides of us were using their cell phones during the movie. There was also alot of conversation amongst mom and her kids to the right of us and also to the left of us. We did like the seats as they recline but probably will be sticking to the majestic in brookfield. It was busy at the concession counter but they only had 3 people working on one side and the other side was closed which would have helped ease congestion

Arrived on 830 on a Sat night to no one taking tickets... We ripped our own tickets...only one side open of vending and waited 25 min for pretzel bites. Manager was emptying out drawers but wouldn't even look up to offer help. Theater was dirty and the parking lot to the left side of building has metal and glass in the first 3 spots that have been there since construction. I love the fact of purchasing seats in advance. Cell phone usage is annoying, but I'm not sure how you regulate that. My biggest problem is the poorly run concession stand. The lines are so long. It seems to me that if I want dinner, I should go to a restaurant. If I want to see a movie, I don't need a pizza or a burger in my lap. The restaurant/move theater mix is getting waaay out of hand.
