The seats are too comfortable. It is very easy to fall asleep during the movies. :)
I took my grand daughter to see the movie Sing. The concession lines was to long, and the prices are high. The rest room didn't have any soap or paper towel in the rest rooms.
I began watching movies at Marcus Menominee Falls when the theater was first built. Saw great movies and experienced some great service where the manager would get involved to make sure your experience there was nothing but great. Now, and even after the renovations and the addition of the restaurant inside, your service sucks, the experience sucks and the theater and bathrooms is just nasty and filthy. Entry was convient, my tickets were scanned and don't have to print them. I had a $5 reward on my rewards card which was nice, concessions are a bit pricey! Customer service was good at concessions. The seating was comfortable! The movie Hidden Figures and the group I attended with made the experience awesome!
Love the plush reclining seats. Theater was clean this time concession lines were short.
It has been a very large Improvement since I was there last. The sound was good the dream loungers were amazing. The theater was super cold though. Otherwise it would totally get 5 stars
We go to this theater a lot and are always dissatisfied. I have gone there ahead of time to buy tickets twice and when we got to the show the tickets were for a different time and we had to get our money back and not see a movie. The staff is not trained. Try to get popcorn is a joke!
