Everytime I go to the theatre the people are always so awesome. The food is great, the employees are all freindly and the place is very clean.
OMG...people, the way outof the theater is the same as the way into the theater. And this is the result of their renovations? Yuck! We parked out in front of the theater and when going out, I found it to be totally congested. I don't like these improvements. I felt a little uncomfortable with my safety and will be looking at visiting another theater. The movie we saw was "Hidden Figures" and it was FANTASTIC and I highly recommend it but not at this theater.
The seats were comfortable for a two hour movie. They were messy and full of popcorn though.
Way too over crowded. There was no order on people coming in vs people going out. People were rude, and pushing everyone. It was basically a never ending stampede. People were cutting in line, and there were no employees around providing any direction to regulate the chaos. There were no seats available next to each other, so if you came as a couple or a group, you would have to sit seperately. There were no advance notices to let people know if a show was sold out. Went to go see the new Star Wars flick. Customer service must be dead though. #1 We reported to the desk that there was a lot of broken glass in the parking lot. He said he'd have someone check it out and sweep. NOT TOUCHED #2 Ordered a pizza from them, wrong pizza ordered #3 @10:27 went into the 10:25 movie. It had already started #4 Told same clerk, he looked at me as if I'd lost my mind. Said something about they don't play trailers anymore for blah blah blah movies. He shrugged and walked away. Geez! It was a fun experience but the cost of the concessions are definitely on the costly end. But overall experience was good.
