The $5 Tuesdays and the reclining chairs are pluses but there are many negatives; concession stand, overall cleanliness, the entry/exit situation and much more. There was no need for this bar/pizza area. No space to copy the Majestic.
Love the value on Tuesdays and Fridays. Appreciate that they employee young people that are probably inexperienced in customer service so I try to be patient - staff is always polite
I loved it but the only issue I have is the long line for snacks
I like the recliner seats and being able to purchase your seats on line. I don't like the remodel of the lobby. There used to be separate doors for entering and exiting the lobby. It was very organized. Now the same doors are used for both and you must go through the ticket taker area to leave while others are trying to enter. It was very chaotic. I also wish for all the money spent remodeling, a few dollars could have been allocated to replace all of the broken locks on the restroom stall doors.
I go to $5 Tuesday every week! I expect a crowd and they should too! I buy my tickets on the Fandango app to bypass the lines and the kiosks. The past two Tuesdays the ticket take scanner was either not working or they simply didn't have it. The first time it was the printer so my tickets were scanned, they just wouldn't print. The guy was very nice said that we could find our seats using the phone. The second time the lady was sitting down doing NOTHING! The seats are very comfortable. This theater had nice comfy reclining seats, a atmosphere was,clean. And the movie slaying went smooth. My only complaints was,that i wish the line went faster for snacks.
Everything was nice except for the bathrooms! They had no soap in the bathrooms throughout the entire movie and I told two employees!
