Love the Dream Loungers here!!!! Best way to see a movie!
Love the remodel and new lobby features! That along with the great seats making it super cozy and the sound system being great it all makes for an awesome movie going experience!
Seats were very nice and comfortable. However, 2 out of 3 kiosks were down (1 was out of paper, another was frozen), they only had one person getting tickets and the line was quite long, womens bathroom was disgusting- toilet paper everywhere and no paper towels. They seemed understaffed to say the least. Concessions was a complete mess.
We live 20 miles north of Menomonee Falls and this is our go-to theater love the new chairs the dream loungers they call them.
Where do u start? The place is trashed from the trash cans out front. To the inside theater, n who brings their kids n babies to a rated R movie so they can cry the whole time! Just a really bad atmosphere all the wat around, i hope to find a new theater to ho to next time!
I love the new remodeling and the recliner seats. However, this was the first time I have gone there where the customer service was less than satisfactory. The woman taking our order at the concession stand didn't speak to us at all. When I went back for a refill on our popcorn, there were two registers open on a Saturday night on the one side of the theater.
