Love the dream loungers. Love the added bar and Zaffiro's too. Love getting points for everything. Usually everything is great except one of the bartenders were kind of rude last night. I said my friend hadn't ordered yet and he doesn't look at us, goes back to his computer, swipes his card and signs into the computer and says, yes? Only time I ever had a problem. Most employees there are super nice.
Love the new look and food was Good. Love the dream chairs so comfy
I absolutely love the new remodel. My husband and I sat at the new bar during a Packer game and enjoyed food from Zaffiro's. Everything was excellent and the food was cheaper during the game. Plus they were doing a raffle during the game for a free tshirt. I didn't win but it was nice they did something like that. We then saw the movie 'Sully'. It also was quite good. Anything with Tom Hanks is great. I, too, love the Dream Loungers. It is great to be able to put up your feet after a long day on your feet.
Theatre ok, but the Young Frankenstein movie shown tonight was promoted and billed as having a live stream introduction by Mel Brooks. Didn't happen & staff had no idea. Very disappointed.
The movie was great Miss Peregrines home for peculiar children, but the customer service not so much smh staff is very rude and I was told to get drinking water from the bathroom and yeah that's what she said. They only had one salt shaker for the entire place, garbage filled to the rim, overall a terrible experience for a supposed to be nice place.
We arrived at the Menomonee Falls theater. After the movie started, cell phones illuminated the theater. A couple of women used their phone as flashlights to find their seat. A pair of women came in late sitting right next to us with their phone on. I got up and went to the lobby to find an employee to tell them about the phones. After finding no one and having to go to the front box office I decided I wanted our money back so I returned to get my wife and leave.
