I saw IT with a big group of people and most of us got there before the person who had the tickets arrived. The ticket taker was kind enough to let us go the concession stand to get snacks while we waited for our tickets to show up which was really nice and allowed us to get into the movie on time. That was really cool of him, the snacks were great, the chairs were comfy, and the movie was awesome. Suggestion Box Entry: You should only serve popcorn in buckets. The bags are loud and annoying which may have hurt this old lady's feelings when we moved to a different row to get away from her because she wanted to slowly grab one popcorn kernel at a time.

The ticket scanner wasn't working at the entrance. The food ordering system was cumbersome. Servers rude sitting talking to their friends instead of taking orders. The theater didn't have air on til mid way through the movie. Won't go back there again.

The cashier that "took " out order was rude and seemed preoccupied. So much that she didn't place our order till 5 minutes after we were standing there and then came back and told us she had just placed our order for our food and we had another five minute wait. We had no apology no I'm sorry no explanation and she walked away and stood there and was talking to another cashier.....after 15 minutes we finally got our food no I'm sorry no nothing she just put it on the counter and rolled her eyes! Movie was great, at least the parts I was able to see. My son (8) wanted to see the emoji movie. We got pretzel bits popcorn and a water. We shared. My son wanted more pretzel bits so I told him I would get it while he watched the movie. Had to stand in line for almost 15 min. Ok I can deal with that. My fault. Should have gotten 2 right away. This is our preferred cinema. I have 4 boys and the experience is always awesome. The app is so convenient for buying tickets and the kiosks are super easy as well. Yes, they have long lines at concessions, but we come a bit early to make sure we don't miss any part of the movie. The seats aren't all labeled well, but the aisle is labeled on the floor. It shouldn't be that difficult to count where your seat is.
