I always have a great time there no complaints love the new seats and the service

I love seeing movies and the Falls is my go-to theater. I love that I can pick my seat ahead of time and I love the reclining seats. Unfortunately, I've gone several times now where the seats didn't work. Also, the people who work concessions are RIDICULOUSLY slow. Either they don't know what they are doing or they are lazy. They're not very friendly either.
I enjoy seeing movies at this theater, however it bothers me that if you get there early, the mess from the previous movie is still there, they should allow time for clean up between movies. Also, how often are the seats cleaned? I bring wipes and wipe down the recliners especially on the top where my head goes because I have no idea what germs/God forbid head lice/etc could potentially be on the headrest after a whole day of being used? I have never seen them clean the seats between movies and it really grosses me out.
I only had one problem, and that was with the people that sat next to us, they didn't take any of their garbage with them ☹️
