The theater and lounge seats are awesome, BUT. I took 4 little grandkids and there mom's to see "The Star". We arrived 40 minutes early to order food for dinner. It took forever!!! 2 wraps, 2 sandwiches and chicken tenders took over a half hour to get. We arrived at 4:30, it was not busy yet, hardly anyone there?? The poor waiter tried his hardest to rush the order so we could eat before the movie. We missed the beginning of the movie, all our food came out 2 meals at a time. The soda machines stopped working no help from management
My husband and I went yesterday to see Murder on the Orient Express. We had pre-ordered tickets and pre-selected our seats. Had no problems with either. The only comment I would make is about the Concession Stand. There were only 2 people working and the lines were quite long. I think they really ought to rethink their staffing.

The movie, Thor: Ragnarok was awesome, but the theatre experience was bad. The theatre was dirty. The bathroom was DISGUSTING. It was an early showing, so the bathrooms obviously hadn't been attended too all night or in the morning whatsoever. Stalls without paper. Most of the locks broken. Feces smeared all over the seats/stall. The floor smelled like it was mopped with week old dirty pee water. Seeing other reviews, I realize this is an ongoing issue they don't seem to care to resolve. I will not be returning to this theat... read more
I saw Thor:Ragnorak last night and was underwhelmed by the sound system there. I usually go to the Majestic in Waukesha to see blockbuster movies, especially all the Marvel and Star Wars films, but because it was closer to my home , I decided to go there instead. Won’t make that mistake again. Will pay the extra money for a better experience. Sorry.
We saw the new Thor movie & another customer kept walking by right in front of us... It was at least 7-8 times and was so distracting. Also we paid $24 for a burnt pizza & when i tried to ask for a different one was told i had to take it as is, that it wouldnt be remade or take a refund & i already was missing the beginning of the movie. It was great! I️ never been to a theater with this style of food, I️ was used to just popcorn , soda . But was Aamzed at the great food choices actual meals. A little pricy but it was worth it and felt up my hunger .
