The theater is just okay. I use to go to this theater all the time but the crowd has changed and its never clean.
The Theater is nice, however, the staff should monitor what’s going on with the customers. We couldn’t enjoy the movie because the people in the row behind us talked through the whole movie. The staff is never available to take care of unruly customers.
Friday night ... 8:20 movie ... half the registers were closed. lines at the remaining 3 registers. one of the self-service kiosks were out of order. the seats we were able to get did not have a center arm rest and one half of the back seat cushion as hard and the other half was so soft you could fall in. made for a very uncomfortable 2.5 hrs watching Star Wars. good thing i liked the movie or it would have been a horrible experience.
I love to go to the movies but this week during Christmas break I felt the theater was ill prepared. I went a few times and the concession area was filthy, out of lids & straws. One day I order water to be told after I buy it it is only room temp the next day no water and no pretzel bites. I’m sure you knew you would be busy this week. And I would like to add that the seats with broken armrests should be repaired or noted when you are purchasing your ticket.
