Showed up for a 9:30pm showing of Black Panther...movie was great.. loved it... but i sat in 1 of the 4 middle seats on the main floor... and i was all set to lean the seat back and enjoy the movie... but what happens ?...you ask .. my seat is broke and doesnt recline... ruined my experience..if it wasn't for my popcorn-M&M mix.. it would've been a total bust...
Here today (2-19-18). Came for lunch and a movie with my son. We planned on having pizza then getting our movie snacks. Pizza isn't available until 4pm. This place just keeps getting worse.
Seating should be first come first serve like it used to be, food took forever and they expect you to leave the movie to come get it. they screwed up the order so I had to leave twice
Pick it up Marcus. I love your theater but to wait in line over 20 minutes for concessions is ridiculous. No straws in the dispensers and half of the napkin dispensers empty. It's a busy weekend, plan for it. Reach deep, I am sure you can hire more help to accommodate guests. Three cash registers open with 75 people in line does not cut it.
