The whole movie experience was great! Nice neat and clean....bathrooms as well.
Very Nice Places To Go Clean The Restaurant Have Great Food
The only complaint I have is that the concessions - behind the counter are always gross...popcorn covering the floors, counters sticky, messy by the soda fountains & the staff although doing the job the way they are supposed to, have zero personality & can’t even muster a “thank you”.
We waited for 30 minutes in the concession line!! The manager was only standing there making popcorn!!! You would think she would have helped out between!! If we wouldn’t have come so early we would have missed part of our movie!! It was Sunday April 8 around 12:10!! Get more help!!!
This movie theatre is not up to Marcus Corp standards. It's dirty and not kept up. The floors in the bathroom are disgusting and it smelled pretty bad too. The floors within the theatre were full of popcorn and we were at an earlier showing. I did not see many employees cleaning. In addition, we went to order a pizza and the employee behind the counter never turned around to take an order. We also enjoy the $5 Saturday /Sunday movies, but I'll think I'll stick to Northshore.
