was out with my girls and one of them got bit up badly tonight by bed bugs! In the middle of the movie I'm looking at her neck and she had spots all over her... she went to the bathroom and found one on her collar shirt...Ate up all down her chest and neck! I will never go here again!!
Seats C13 and 14 do not work in Theatre 8. My Loyalty card was not honored last night, when it normally is on Tuesdays. Usually, I enjoy my experience at this theater. Last night, not so much.
Saw Bohemian Rhapsody yesterday with my boyfriend great movie and the theater and heated seats were awesome but the concessions is my only complaint. Waited too long in line and there was three people working on one cheese machine. Could of had those extra people helping customers in line.
Liked the experience, fast and easy in and out, great reclining seats but the concessions? Employee behind the counter selling popcorn with gloves but handling cash and food with the same gloves....total turn-off.
Staff is a bunch of mouth breathing morons. I get that these 16 year old kids don’t care about their job, but it’s almost to the point that they are trying to be slow and unhelpful. After waiting in line for concessions, 5 minutes past the start of our movie, we had to wait longer to return our stale pretzel bites for fresh ones. The theatre itself is dirty and no management over 20 is ever anywhere in sight. Please don’t let this theater go anymore to hell.
Bought tickets in advance for An Interview with God’s Monday showing. We arrived to find out there were technical problems and the movie was cancelled. Manager (Abby I believe) booked us on another day and refunded our money, which we were not expecting, but appreciated. She was very apologetic and helpful. We did come back 2 days later and enjoyed the movie. Outstanding movie
This place is disgusting! Our seats didn’t work at all, the bathrooms were absolutely disgusting, flies and bugs all over the place! The tv screen for the movie was all out of wack, very blurry. The worst part of this was that the managers didn’t even care, even after I told them I was never coming back. No apologies or nothing! I have already told several people to never go here again. I really hope that they can bring this place back to what it use to be, but it’s gunna take LOTS of work!
