Great place
Men and women’s bathrooms were disgusting. Got a drink at take 5 first. My drink was not made correctly and when I asked for more soda to dilute the mix the bartender was very rude. The theater wa not cleaned in between shows. Our seats, cup holders, and floor was sticky and garbage everywhere. We will not be back.
I don't think the theatres need to be 47° at night. I get it, it's summer, but damn, you need a jacket in there, that's not right.
Everything was great except one of our recliner chairs did not work. We reported it to the office.
Staff is grumpy, why dont you hire some kids with an actual personality??? The ice was completely out on one fountain stand, the other was almost out. The fountain area was a mess, wet spills, empty ketchup packets and ketchup on the counter...wet popcorn in the fountain tray... I paid a lot of money for us to see a movie, and I will go somewhere else next time. Management needs to pay attention and spend some actual time on the floor in the lobby to see what really happens. Ridiculous.
The consession stand employee was super! My kids asked for a lot of butter on their popcorn and that’s exactly what she gave them! It was an over great experience as usual! 😁
I love Menomonee Falls Marcus Theater. You can get your tickets in advance, which means, no line. The line to get snacks, moved very fast. Also the seats were easy to find and very comfortable.
I used to like bringing my children here. Came for a children's movie this weekend and the place was filthy!! Will be going to another theater for the next showing we wish to see.
