My first time ever going and my last me and my daughter and sister and her child and auntie went to see Madea boo 2 and my baby got bite marks everywhere and I thought she was playing and trash in the seats smh sad they can do better they should spray after people leave that's why I don't like public places and I'm from the south bedbugs is something new to me
Lounges are great but they need to turn up the heat a bit it's always cold in the theaters....
The movie all in its self was horrible would have been a lot better with more details
Emergency door was open in our theater and the staff member told us the light shines through but the door it is secure. Two dream loungers were broken and in the recline position and that was just in our row.No one closed the theater doors or checked on the theater during the movie. Action scenes were so loud we had to hold our hands over our ears. Men's room sink ran and the TWO employees seemed unconcerned about it. Took at least an hour for the maintenance to turn it off. We’ve had many Zaffiro pizzas, just never at Menomonee. We had one last night and it was not the same as at the majestic or at actual Zaffiro. First of all, our pepperoni and jalapeño had no jalapeño. Secondly, the thing was burnt. It had about an inch of crust all the way around and completely burnt. And last, I’m pretty sure this large was smaller than the other places large. We didn’t bother to complain because then we’d miss our movie and after we just wanted to get home. i think the marcus is fantastic place to relax and enjoy a good movie
This is my goto theater, however the noon showing of "Blade Runner 2049" on Friday was kinda ruined by the blown surround sound speakers. Instead of offering low rumbles and enhanced music, they just vibrated like mosquitos popping and clicking. Fix the friggin speakers. Really irritating. Edit: Have been back a few times since and it looks like the problem was rectified. Good job!
Our cashier at the concession booth had hurt short undone with her chest practically falling out. There was popcorn all over the floor in front of the concession stand from the night before (it was a 10:30am showing). The whole place was unkept, unprofessional. and disgusting. We’re new to the are and I will gladly drive further from home to attend movies with my family in the future.
