As I was making calls inquiring on a one time mow service-Marc quoted me $45. I said that’s a bit steep, let me keep looking and I’ll get back to you. Marc responded “you know what don’t call me back.” I wasn’t anyways, but I felt that was rude and poor customer service.
Recently moved to the area from out of state this past fall but had not moved all of our stuff yet, including our lawn mower, and had no time to cut the lawn with a new job and in the midst of moving, anyway. Happened to see the Marc's trailer roll past me while I was at a gas station one day and quickly wrote down the phone number. Quite honestly, I was impressed with the trailer, it's well done signage, and how clean it was - that shows pride in one's work and sends a good message about quality, in my book anyway!
