I ordered a pizza from Marco's Pizza through Uber Eats. I ordered a medium pizza with mushrooms, anchovies, spinach, and black olives. There were no anchovies on the pizza even though I was charged for them. There were only a few pieces of dried out spinach scattered on the pizza. It also took two hours for the pizza to arrive and it was cold. I would not recommend Marco's Pizza to anyone.
I usually like giving places the benefit of the doubt, but this Marco’s visit was pretty disappointing. My order took longer than expected, even though it wasn’t a busy time, and the staff didn’t really keep customers updated on the delay. When the pizza finally came out, it looked good at first, but the quality just wasn’t there. The crust was tougher than it should’ve been, and the toppings felt a little skimpy and unevenly spread. Tired from work. Ordered meat lovers for delivery. Gets here it’s a pepperoni, called and they said they could remake but I had to drive and get it, get the new pizza and the dough is raw. Just wanted good pizza after a long day, man
The delivery driver did not place my food on the chair provided and instead left it on the ground. Additionally, this was not a contactless delivery, and I was not notified upon delivery. I only became aware that the order had been delivered after checking the email tracking update. We order here all the time this was my first bad experience.
When we arrived the cashier was eating, she took our order then walks to the back without washing her hands, digs wings out of bucket, types on her phone while still handling wings and proceeds to put them through the oven..... Refund
