Order online, and the website gives you a time it will be ready. I went in 15 min after this time went by, and they said it would be 30 min. This was on a Thursday, and they were not busy. I don't care if they estimated an hour, I'd wait in the comfort of my home, not in their uncomfortable lobby chairs. Every time I order, I end up sitting waiting in their lobby for the order to complete. They blamed this on the website, but i never have this issue with other pizza houses in town. The staff was wonderful, but the Pizza itself was not good at all.
Ordered online for delivery 5/2/26. Received order #170 not #168. Called rhe restaurant and was told by the manager they would re-make the order and deliver in approximately 30 minutes. Waited for 1 hour, called the restaurant again to be told by another manager the order was showing delivered so they didn't re-make the order. Really??? Asked for a refund and ordered from a different restaurant. Was finally able to have dinner around 3 1/2 hours later. So frustrating!!
I would love to review the food, but couldn't even place my order tonight because (over the phone for takeout) the person who answered the phone couldn't hear my husband placing the order because the music in the store was so loud. 2 large pizzas and the total was $91.74 because she either didn't know what she was doing or she couldn't hear over the music.
