By far, this was the worst online ordering and customer service experience I’ve ever had. On Saturday, I placed an order through the app/website at 10:18 p.m. Although it was a holiday, the store was open and actively accepting orders. The estimated delivery time was 10:50 p.m. At 11:20 p.m., I received a notification saying my order was on its way. Order online, and the website gives you a time it will be ready. I went in 15 min after this time went by, and they said it would be 30 min. This was on a Thursday, and they were not busy. I don't care if they estimated an hour, I'd wait in the comfort of my home, not in their uncomfortable lobby chairs. Every time I order, I end up sitting waiting in their lobby for the order to complete. They blamed this on the website, but i never have this issue with other pizza houses in town. Ordered online for delivery 5/2/26. Received order #170 not #168. Called rhe restaurant and was told by the manager they would re-make the order and deliver in approximately 30 minutes. Waited for 1 hour, called the restaurant again to be told by another manager the order was showing delivered so they didn't re-make the order. Really??? Asked for a refund and ordered from a different restaurant. Was finally able to have dinner around 3 1/2 hours later. So frustrating!!
