Ordered pizza on phone and asked to pick it up at 4:30. Showed up at 4:20, they verified my order and said it was in the oven and it would be 15-20 minutes. Fair enough. 30, 40 minutes go by and no pizza. Went to cashier and asked about when it would be ready. He said they would have to make it and it would be another hour.
