This is my "go to" pizza place. This is the 1st time I have questioned my order. Is the pizza supposed to be this greasy?
I ordered from the Desoto location for a delivery at 7:24pm. An hour went by I called and asked about my order the young man who answered said they no one had picked up my order to deliver it. He then said he did not know when it would be picked up. After several minutes later I decided to pick up my order. I get to the location and no one was there to refund me the money for the delivery fee or the tip. I was told that the manager Dot would call me the next today. I did not receive a call. Always amazing. The one time they messed up, they fixed it with a freaking smile. Im so glad my money is well placed here. Yall are the sweetest and so attentive to the desk and phone calls. Thank you thank you thank you
They close at 10 and not 11pm. That should be corrected on the websites. A lot of companies do this and im tired of it. The owners won't do anything about and no one cares.
