I ordered Pizza for my work place online, my payment was rejected 2 times and the 3rd time it went through. I checked my statment and I did get charged 3 times. I called the store to see if I can get refunded the 2 charges. The man who answered was very polite and told me that it will be refunded at the end of the day and if not to call back so he can help me get the to refunds. this morning I saw my statment and it was there. I just want to give a shout out to this team for being so polite and honest!!
I placed an order on the website and logged into my account so I assumed my order went to my nearest marcos location. Turns out it went to this location and I spoke with a gentleman who canceled my order and I was immediately refunded without any complications. Great food and great customer service. I did replace my order at the correct location afterwards!
The pizza was yummy service was great the cinnamon squares with the chocolate drizzle
