Wait times are out of control, last physical an assistant did the appointment (the one time a year my daughter really should see her own doctor, and the office is endlessly rescheduling appointments. After 16 years we are leaving the practice. Totally fed up and sad because some of the people are wonderful.
Worst doctor experience of my life. She was filling in for Dr. Moore, who I love and is fantastic. Dr. Marconi didn't introduce herself, spent very little time with my (still nursing) 18 month old then gave advice directly contradicting our regular pediatrician and my OBGYN (as well as Dr. Google). Then the bill came and she charged us for a number of extra things I don't think she did - she did nothing out of the ordinary. Insurance rejected them, and I actually agree with them.Outrageous
