all the floors creak the buildings are very old, all the floors creak, because of this all the neighbors quarrel with each other
Great place to live! Nice community with large apartments and great staff in the office.
Marconi Gardens I have lived in this apartment complex for about 9 years with my wife, and I really like the building as well as outdoor space and the location. The common areas are well maintained. The staff is always very polite and they have a helpful attitude towards questions and requests. It has a large courtyard with a pool, lounge chairs and dining tables. It’s like having a touch of country right in the middle of the city.
Slice of heaven I have lived here for over 25 years total. I have left and moved back 3 times. The onsite management team is great. They always respond to any and all concerns quickly with a smile. You feel like your in your own slice of paradise.
Nice place People here are very friendly. The place stays very clean.
They don't build them like this anymore! Both the one and two bedroom apts. have more storage than you can believe!! I feel like I live in a condo and the rent is so fair!!! This complex is a little oasis that I feel very happy to call home.
