We had an excellent experience with Danny who helped set up our tile plan. The installer was an absolute Artist!! Meticulous and we are so very happy!!!

Were do I start...Reading the below just brings back memories. I had the same experience with Marco’s crew. I received cabinets in a color I didn’t order.. I received floor tiles I didn’t order..I received counter tops I didn’t order..everything was an excuse and convinced me to settle for what was delivered. I remodelled my family room. They had a great price when purchased a package. A crew installed my new carpet the day we agreed...on time, no problems. I would recommend this store to friends.
unless you speak spanish don't go there. Had my whole house tiled and there is no service after the sale
Im not sure what could have happened to Paul, the previous reviewer, but we have used Marco Tile Gallery recently and this was one great experience. We had to replace our livingroom floor and couldn't ask for better service. The guy at the store was very helpful and the installation crew did the job quickly and we are very happy with the results.
Do not do business with this company unless you want a big hassle and the wrong product. I should have paid attention to the review that was written warning me. Shame on me for not listening. I ordered one color of grout and they tried to talk me into another color. I told them I did not want the color they were recommending. When I picked up the order they gave me the grout I did not want and then said they could not get the color I wanted. I called Lowes and they ordered the grout no problems.
