They don't answer the phone and they don't return calls.
Although the work is consistent the customer service is appalling. I have had a couple of instances where no one replied back leaving me in a bad situation with clients. Even now, I currently have a request for a quote written on the 14th of this month and yet to receive a reply. Go elsewhere. And seeing that there have been no recommendations for years leaves suspicion as a business.
