Very bad receptionist very rude never go there again
11:40 appointment seen at 12:40 which is normal for a lot of GPs...why even bother giving a time if it’s going to be no where close! Doctor was ok. Didn’t respond to some question despite asking a few times. Seemed impatient or not bothered to talk behind mask.
It’s important to remind medical centres that people who attend are sick and need care. Care is something that every medical professional and even the receptionists should willingly provide. My experience on 31.10.2020 explains a few points that that this surgery should attend to. 1. If patient doesn’t have a Medicare card, they should not be charged.
