Having been in my house for 47 years, I never experienced selling a house. Marcie was there from start to finish. She asked what we thought the house was worth, and she said you're a little low. She adjusted the price higher and it was sold in 20 days at full ask. She definitely knows the market and advocates for her client up to and including the closing. I would highly recommend her to anyone interested in buying or selling.
I called Marcie because she only will communicate via phone call and she was the rudest agent ever. Immediately starting disrespecting me with her tone and even told me to “hush up”. Unfortunately, my clients were with me while we were trying to arrange a showing for her property for sale. Not only was she unprofessional, but my Clients decided they did not want to even consider the home if she were the realtor on the other side. Marcie is a wonderful, experienced and skilled agent. From the time of initial meeting, she was very honest and had our best interests at heart. At the time of closing, it seemed like everything that could go wrong went wrong because of things beyond our control but Marcie moved heaven and earth to make sure that the closing still happened the very same day. Her communication was excellent and we would recommend her 100% to anyone looking for a seller's agent.
Marcie knocked it out of the park for us! There were a ton of obstacles and lawyer interference due to it being an estate sale. But she walked us all through it during a difficult time. Super professional and loyal to whatever side she's representing. Highly recommend making her your Real Estate solution for selling or purchasing. You're in great hands!!!
