My good friend hired her to help him. She was his appellate attorney. He was falsely accused of severe crimes. After paying $25k in attorney fees she lost the case! When we heard the court recordings she stuttered a lot and had zero confidence. Her writing skills were very good but her oral argument was poor, which allowed the prosecutors & judge to make false claims which should had been rebuked easily if she had studied my friends case. I made some mistakes as a young man that landed me in hot water. Marcia Silvers showed great compassion for me and my family and burned the midnight oil on the appeal, finally getting the conviction overturned by a higher court.
