John is more than just a salesman of jewelry, he is a top-notch jeweler and businessman. He designed the engagement ring of my fiancee's dreams, and his advice is sound and his expertise is unquestionable. He also does wonderful custom work and repairs, and he's so well connected in Jeweler's Row that he can get anything imaginable done at reasonable prices.
This place is great. Right downtown, great selection and good service. You could not ask for more.
