They had a huge selection of magazines in the waiting room. I was able to find some of my favorites and they kept me entertained while I was waiting for my appointment. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous.
Does this dentist use current and safe equipment? Yes; the equipment is very advanced! Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit? Not one bit! I felt much better when I left! Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Yes, I was greeted when I walked in Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance
Does this provider have a good professional reputation within your community? Definitely! Everyone knows they are the best around!
Dr. Marchese is knowledgeable and his staff very client oriented. I had some major work done and it was almost painless. he is an expert at giving novacaine shots....never event felt it. I feel confident that he can assess a situation and come up with the best solution to the problem. I actually look forward to getting my teeth cleaned there!
I have a serious dentist-phobia, and normally try and avoid appointments like the plague. Because of that, I have some tooth issues that are going to take some serious work. Dr. Marchese has been wonderful. He takes his time to explain everything, make you feel comfortable with what needs to happen, and really makes you feel like he is doing everything he can to get to the easiest and most effective solution possible. he doesn't fall back on drilling away and sending you out to get work done. Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Extremely easy, and close to the entrance Were you able to watch TV during your dental procedure? Yes! I was able to choose between watching TV or reading a magazine Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? No, they were ready for me right after I arrived.
Dr. Marchese is a fabulous dentist. His wife is one of the people that you will encounter at the front desk. However, all staff are professional and friendly. I'm glad I found his office in downtown downers grove.
