FAKE APPOINTMENT?! Mr.Marchand reached out to our real estate broker last week at 9:30PM. He requested a showing of our home for the next day at 6:15PM. He indicated he had a well qualified client most interested in our property. Our daily schedule is largely fixed in advance but we decided to try and make the visit possible. Eric helped me rent a house, buy a house and sell the same home all within about 12 months. He is amazing. He is honest, hard working and very professional.
