The security door at 290 hasn't worked for more than two years. Now, the intercom system doesn't work. If the door does happen to close securely, there is no way to contact the residents unless you have their phone number. They have a great security system, when it works
We moved here a few weeks ago and enjoy it! Great to walk to places nearby and having a garage is so nice for extra storage. Tons of birds to bird watch. Dawn did a nice job of helping us.
Dawn, the office manager, it fantastic. My dad has lived here for ten+ years. Dawn is always attentive. There was a short time she was not at Marcell - I was so glad to have her back. She is an asset to Koetje Management. I hope they know this and appreciate her.
We loved living here while were building our house. The lay out is spacious and the environment is peaceful and laid back. Their service is amazing and their office manager is so nice to work with. Our office manager went above and beyond to help us when we needed her. The location and amenities were perfect for our families needs. This was my first experience living in an apartment and definitely recommend Marcell Ridge Apartments.
I am on my third lease with Marcell Ridge. While my fiance and I are planning to build a home, we decided there was no better place to be but here. Great layout, full size washer and dryer, a single car garage with an opener and reasonable rent. The staff is wonderful and any issues that require repairs etc are taken care of quickly. The location is perfect with shopping and services nearby. Quiet and well kept.
