Going to the dentist during COVID was a little scary. However, this office took every precaution to keep everyone safe. Patients are screened outdoors before entering the office, all hygienists and Dr. Ottesen wore N95 masks, foggers are used each day to clear the air, purifiers were in the exam room as well as the dental cleaning rooms. I was very impressed with how they interacted with my children from ages 3-7. They had such a wonderful experience and said they loved our new dentist! Had a piece of a tooth detach leaving a potential spot where decay and pain would develop. I used the online portal to send the office a picture of the tooth at which point I was given an appointment to get it fixed. The visit went superbly. The tooth is repaired and I am quite content.

Dr. Ottesen and her staff are taking ever precautions in keeping their patients safe from becoming infected with the Corona Virus. They start with a warm welcome and pre-screening to include taking your temperature. The receptionists are behind protective plexiglass and wear masks. All the hygienist adhere to strict protocols and put you at ease during your visit. Highly recommend!
